[Definitely teasing now. Hawke seems to bring that side out in him, especially now. Stop sulking, Hawke, he can still tell.]

Why? You've never complained before.

Normally I can tell where the bits of food are.

[But since Hawke seems to be honestly ~~and adorably~~ upset, he'll take his hand as he leads him back out of the bathroom, giving it a reassuring squeeze.]

[Somehow it's hard to be too upset that Anders is teasing him like this when he goes and holds Hawke's hand like that while he does it.]

I should think it would be even easier to see them, now, wouldn't you?

So either the food turns invisible as well, or you'll have bits of grease hovering above your chin.

[Ugh, neither of those possibilities is at all appealing.]

...Maybe I'll just hold off on breakfast.

[...and now he feels bad.]

I'd tell you if there was anything. You need to eat.

[Okay, that coaxes a smile out of him, because usually, it's Hawke saying that to Anders.]

[He's a healer who worries about other people, that doesn't mean he can't neglect himself. He hasn't been overworking himself lately, though, so:]

Then let me take care of you for a change. [he leans in to kiss him softly on the lips, reassuringly.] I could go buy us both something if you'd rather not go out.

You're always taking care of me. [He can't help smiling a little when Anders kisses him, and squeezes his hand in response] I'll go out with you.

Good. Then let's get dressed.
