[According to Hawke's body clock, it is early morning, and about time to be waking up. However, since Anders is still in bed next to him, the only thing Hawke does towards 'waking up' is to roll over and drape comfortably against the other man, before dozing right back off again.]
[Anders used to enjoy sleeping late, mostly because he so rarely had a chance to. Even now, free as he is, that hasn't changed; Justice always wants him up before dawn. But just because he's awake doesn't mean Anders has to do what he wants, so he just makes a soft, content noise before shifting closer to Hawke, enjoying the warmth of his body.]
[That's about as articulate as Hawke's going to get at the moment, sorry Anders. Although to follow up with that morning greeting, he'll be pressing his face against Anders' neck and overall settling even more comfortably against him.]
[There hasn't ever been a time when Hawke hasn't appreciated Anders' warm body in bed next to him, but ever since coming here, that appreciation has increased tenfold, at least.]
[That response causes Hawke to smile, and he presses a kiss to the back of Anders' neck before he settles against him even more comfortably than before.]
[He'll wrap his own arm on top of Hawke's, and then curl his legs, settling comfortably. He could try to sleep some more; it wouldn't hurt Justice to shut up every once in a while. And he wouldn't be willing to move away now if someone threatened him.]
[Justice, it seems, has given up the fight, and Anders manages to doze some more as well. He rolls over in his sleep, and somehow manages to push Hawke over so he lands half on top of him, one leg tangled with his.]
[Hawke will wake up at that just enough to adjust to their new positions, rolling completely onto his back and pulling Anders into a slightly more secure position on top of him before drifting right back off.]
[Anders seems happy enough with that new position, thankfully, and for a while he'll sleep like that, face buried in the crook of Hawke's neck. They can't stay like that forever, though, and after an hour or so Anders finds himself awake again. This time he can't ignore it; even if Justice wasn't getting impatient, his bladder is getting full.
Not wanting to wake Hawke, he carefully tries to disentangle himself, rolling off him and sitting up slowly.
And then he glances at him. And with a loud yelp be scoots back, accidentally kicking Hawke in the side in his hurry to get away.]
Who-- How-- [WHY ARE YOU SCARING HIM LIKE THIS WHEN HE'S STILL MOSTLY ASLEEP.]
[Anders can be a fairly...restless sleeper, and so Hawke is not unused to being kicked in his sleep. But the kicking isn't normally accompanied by shouting, which is what really starts him awake.
He sits up and looks around the room quickly, expecting someone has at least got in and startled Anders (which would explain his disjointed questions of 'who' and 'how', at least), but once it's clear that they're the only ones in the room, he'll stare somewhat blearily at the other man, scrubbing one hand over his face in an effort to rid the last of the sleep from his eyes.]
Andraste's flaming knickers, Anders, what's the matter?
[Waking up to an entirely different face is going to be a shock no mater what, and Anders is going to need a moment before he can actually attempt to figure out what's going on. But Hawke speaking helps - the voice is familiar, and that calms him enough to actually pay attention.
He rubs a hand over his face, giving himself a moment to get over the nightmare-like feeling of just a moment ago. He might have overreacted, just a tad, but he really didn't look the same at all.
But it's the same face, in the end. Same scars on his body, too. The same hair, except for--]
[Well that...came out of absolutely nowhere. He knows he just felt it, but the question causes him to brush his fingers along his jaw again - nothing feels out of the ordinary, at least...]
[In the interest of figuring out what the hell is going on and getting this settled (because it's really actually rather unnerving), Hawke gets up out of the bed and starts pulling on his trousers; there's no need to accidentally shock any of his roommates by going out into the common area naked, after all.]

Should I let you sleep some more?

[Even as he asks that his arm tightens a little around Anders' chest, where he's draped it. It's pretty clear what Hawke would rather do.]

[He'll run a more careful hand over his face now - are great big hunks of hair missing, or something...? But no, it feels the same as ever.]
If this is a joke, it's a very confusing one.
[Because, seriously. Shave? Why would Hawke ever.]

Am I still asleep?

What do you mean, you can't see it?
[Sorry, Anders...he's just been kicked awake, he can clearly tell that he hasn't shaven, and he's just confused, besides.]
